Party

A 2 man party in JP Dragon Nest
Like in many other games, a party in Dragon Nest allows up to 4 other players to join together to collaborate to achieve a goal, such as defeating a hard dungeon or PvP.

Party Benefits

  1. Allows other players to go to the same instance dungeon.
  2. PWR used per dungeon run is lowered.
  3. Personalized channel just for the party (party chat).

Party Disadvantages

  1. The party must all be in the same map at all times.
  2. Potential problems such as "kill stealing", combos broken because another party member knocked the monster down, etc.
  3. Can cause lag because of the P2P (peer to peer) system if one person's internet is slow/they are far away.
  4. The loot is split between the party.

Party members must be in the same channel, and leaving the channel at any time will automatically have the player leave the party. Invites can only be sent to players on the same channel as the inviter as well.
